how do I make 5 minute animation in 1 day

Personally I've never made an animation that long, but if I had too, I'd try to make a thing with as little actual animation as possible, or repeating animation that gets constantly reused. Now that'd be very visible, unless your main character or object is the only thing that always seem to be moving. But you don't want it to have complex motions... Something with a spaceship maybe? It'd have credible motion without walkcycles, you can just keep it at the center of the screen in it's own cell and have a moving background and the occasional asteroid, also on their own cells. To keep people invested for five minutes you will need a plot tho... Maybe a narrator talking about the journey's goal. Maybe cut it with images or characters and places being mentioned, but the cuts themselves aren't animated but for a little sliding motion, like in some short anime flashbacks. then just have, like, five seconds of actual animation at the end, when the protagonist lands on the goal planet, or fights the space monster, or whaterver end you have in mind.
